Printing the I/C Reorder Report
The I/C Reorder report lists items that are out of stock or have low quantities on hand at the selected locations. The report includes the suggested reorder quantity, estimated cost to replenish, and names of the usual vendors for each item.
Tip: Compare this report to the I/C Reorder Quantities screen
to check maximum quantities and projected sales for each period, to determine
whether you need to order exactly the reorder quantity shown for each
item.
To print the I/C Reorder report:
- Open Inventory Control > I/C Stock Control Reports > Reorder.
- In the I/C Reorder Report screen for Report Type, choose whether to show reorder information
for specific locations or for all locations.
- If you selected Reorder for Specific Locations, specify the range of locations for From
Location and
To.
- If you selected Reorder for All Locations and you want the report to show the quantities for each location, select the Show
Location Quantities option.
- For For Quantities,
select the quantity criteria for selecting the items to include in the report.
- For Cost, select to show either the most recent cost or the vendor cost.
- For Sort By, select
the order
to list the items, such as by vendor number or item number.
- If you want to restrict the items included
in the report based on the sort field, specify the range of items to include for From and To.
- Click Print.
The report appears in a new window. You can print the report or export it to a file.
