Adding Picking Sequences or Bin Numbers to Items

Because they can be different at each inventory location, picking sequences or bin numbers are part of an item's location details.

To add picking sequences or bin numbers to items:

1. Open Inventory Control > I/C Items and Price Lists > Location Details.

2. In the Item Number field, specify the item number.
3. If the location does not appear in the table, add the location details. For more information, see Assigning Items to Locations.
4. In the table, select (highlight) the location where you want to add the picking sequence, and then:
   1. Click in the Picking Sequence column.
   2. Enter the picking sequence number (often a bin number).
5. Click Save.
