You can use the I/C Item Pricing screen to change prices for the item on existing price lists at any time. More...

To change item pricing:

  1. Open Inventory Control > I/C Items and Price Lists > Item Pricing.
  2. Enter the item number or click (the Finder button) and select the item to have pricing information.
  3. In the table, locate the row with the price list code and then click (the Edit button).
  4. If you want to assign a different item to the price list, enter its code in the Item Number field.

    Note: To delete an item from the price list, select it, and then click the Delete button. If a message appears asking you to confirm the deletion, click Yes.

  5. In the I/C Item Pricing screen, select the tab where you want to make changes.
    • Use the Prices tab to change base prices and sale prices.
    • Use the Discounts tab to change discount or markup information for calculating item prices for volume sales or preferred customers.
    • Use the Price Check tab to set checks for price overrides in Order Entry.
    • Use the Taxes tab to change tax authorities and customer tax classes for taxes that are included in the item price.
  6. When you finish making changes, click Save.
