Deleting Child Accounts from a Rollup Account

To delete a member account from a rollup account:

  1. Open General Ledger > G/L Accounts > Accounts.

  2. Specify the rollup account in the Account field.
  3. Select the desired account from the tree on the Rollup tab, then click View Account to display the child accounts.
  4. To delete individual members, highlight the account line in the detail table by selecting the check box in the left hand column.
  5. Click the Delete Line button.

    Warning! Do not click the Delete button, or you will delete the rollup account with all its members.
