Allocating a Sale to Salespersons

To allocate a document total to salespersons, or to edit existing allocations:

  1. Open Accounts Receivable > A/R Transactions > Invoice Entry.

  2. Display the batch and the entry.

    • Use the Batch Number field to select the batch, or click Create New Batch start a new batch.
    • Use the Entry Number field to select an existing entry, or click Create New Entry to start a new invoice.
  3. On the Sales Split tab:

    • Specify the salesperson numbers.
    • To delete a salesperson allocation, select the line, then press the Delete button.
  4. In the Percentage column, assign a percentage of the document total to each salesperson. Make sure the percentages you assign total 100 percent.
