Overview
The Aged Retainage report lists outstanding retainage amounts in each aging period.
Note: The report does not include retainage that has been invoiced or applied to a debit note or a credit note.
In multicurrency ledgers, you can print the report in your functional currency or in the customer currencies used in posted transactions.
When to Print
Print the report periodically, or whenever you want to analyze outstanding retainage.
Information Printed on This Report
The Aged Retainage report lists the following information, depending on the options you select when you print the report:
- The Aged Retainage By Due Date report includes six aging periods: the Current period and the four aging periods you specify for the report, plus a Future period.
- If you use selection criteria for this report and specify a range, only customers that fall within the range are included in the report.
