Overview
The A/R Ship-To Locations report lists the ship-to locations (alternate addresses) used by your customers.
When to Print
Print the report when you add, change, or delete ship-to locations.
Information Printed on This Report
The Ship-To Locations report can include the following information for each ship-to location in the specified range, depending on the options you select at print time:
- If you select Address, the customer name, address, phone and fax numbers, short name, and contact.
- If you select Profile, the price list code, territory code, shipping instructions, tax group, tax status and registration numbers, and salesperson information.
- If you select Optional Fields option, the optional fields and values assigned to the ship-to location.
