Forcibly Signing Out Users
On the LanPak tab of the Current Users screen, the Administrator user can forcibly sign out users who are signed in using a LanPak license, including users signed in to web screens.
The ability to forcibly sign out users is limited in the following ways:
- Only the Administrator user can forcibly sign out other users.
- Only users who are signed in using a LanPak license can be forcibly signed out. Other types of users (such as users signed in using an IAP license) cannot be forcibly signed out.

Try to contact users to ask them to sign out.
To forcibly sign out a user:
- On the Sage 300 desktop Help menu, click Current Users.
The Current Users screen appears.
- On the LanPak tab:
- In the Show Users Signed In To field, select Classic Desktop or Web Screens.
- If you select Classic Desktop, clear the Show screens users have open option. (This option does not appear if you select Web Screens.)
注释:When this option is selected, information is displayed about screens each user has open, which can help you decide who to sign out. However, you can forcibly sign out users only if this option is cleared.
- In the table, select one or more users by clicking the check box in the leftmost column of the table.
提示:To select all users, click the check box in the header of the column.
- Click Sign Out Selected Users.
The Sign Out Users screen appears.
- In the Enter administrator password field, enter your password, and then click Sign Out Users.
When the users are signed out, the Current Users screen is updated automatically.

Follow up with users who you signed out to inform them that you signed them out.
