Current Users Screen

This screen displays information about users currently signed in to Sage 300 using a LanPak or Integration Access Pack (IAP) license. It also displays information about users who are signed in without using a license, such as Timecard users.

Also, the Administrator user can forcibly sign out users. For more information, see Forcibly Signing Out Users.

提示：Click Refresh to refresh the information displayed on the screen.

The screen displays the following information:

• ID, name, and contact information for each user.

• If you select the Show screens users have open option, information is displayed about screens each user has open, including:

  • The company in which each screen is open.
  • When each screen was opened.

• For each type of license (LanPak and IAP):

  • The maximum number of users who can be signed in to Sage 300 concurrently.
  • The current number of users signed in to Sage 300.

Also, the IAP tab includes an option—This workstation uses Integration Access Pack licenses for external applications—that allows you to specify that external (third-party) applications should sign in to Sage 300 using an IAP license instead of a LanPak license.
