You Cannot Sign on to This Company Because it Uses a Different Application Version Than the Company That is Currently Open

You have tried to start Sage 300 for a company that does not have the same application versions as the company that is already open. To see which versions are currently running, choose Help > Sage Support > Support Utilities > System Information from the Sage 300 desktop. The applications in use are marked with a check mark.

Before you can open the new company, you must close the company that is currently open. On the Sage 300 Desktop, click File > Close Company.
