Assigning Visual Process Flows to Users

A visual process flow must be assigned to a user before that user can view and use it.

Note: By default, all process flow templates included with Sage 300 are assigned to the ADMIN user.

To assign a visual process flow to a user:

  1. Open  Administrative Services > Assign Visual Process Flows.
  2. In the User ID field, enter a user ID.

    The name of the user appears in the User Name field, and the list of process flows displays all process flows that can be assigned to the user.

  3. Select process flows to assign to the user.
  4. Click Save.
  • The next time the user signs in to Sage 300, the assigned process flows will be available.
