Printing the I/C Alternate Items Report

The I/C Alternate Items report lists the items to which alternate items are assigned, together with the numbers and descriptions of the corresponding alternate items.

You can sort the report by item number, categoty, item number segment, an optional field, or vendor number.

To print the I/C Alternate Items report:

Open Inventory Control > I/C Setup Reports > Alternate Items.
Specify how you want to sort the report, such as by item number, item category, item segment, or an optional field.
If you want to limit the report to a range of values for the sort field, enter the range for From and To.
Click Print.
The report appears in a new window. You can print the report or export it to a file.
