For reports that have alternative formats, you need to specify the format to use for printing the report.
For example, Accounts Receivable comes with two sample formats for printing invoices: ARDINVO.RPT (the default) and ARDOTINV.RPT.
If you do not want to use the default report, click the Browse button and select an alternative format.
